This research is carried out in accordance to the recommendations of the UOL-ISORG study guide. This is a group research where we look into the nature and operations of one e-commerce transaction broker website. ZUJI.COM is the transaction broker website we choose to research on.
INTERNET TRANSACTION BROKER is an organization that collects a fee in order to facilitate online transactions between a customer and one or more companies without owning the products or services.

Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card information. The process of encryption takes the information you enter and converts it into bits of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet. This scrambled data cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
Once your encrypted personal information is received by our secure server, it is translated back into its original form and stored in our off-line database. Your credit card information is also encrypted for transmission over the Internet.
ZUJI takes the responsibility of protecting our customers' credit card information very seriously. Strengths
1. Zuji provides almost all travel needs of a customer from travelling to accommodation and give reviews and recommendations about the places of interest.
2. Real time updated information is available about their partner airlines, which enable customers to plan their trip well.
3. The travel information is also provided on a flexible date basis and also informs passengers about the number of number of stops in the journey between two destinations.
4. The holiday packages offered by Zuji attract and give customers the confidence to explore and visit new places.


Weaknesses
1.Zuji only operating in the Asia Pacific region will be disadvantages to their customers as the services will not be extended to the other parts of the world. Especially it will be not helpful to once who are planning on a world tour.
2.The homepage of Zuji is crowded with information and the icons and space to give the instruction is quite small and this might inconvenience the users of the website.
3.The information given can be considered by as an information overload and the congested factor might be not all that user friendly.

Conclusion
Zuji is an excellent travel planning website as they call themselves the ONLINE TRAVEL GURU, with and automated and highly secured payment system in the Asia Pacific region.
